Across three 60-minute online sessions, we explore your brand’s positioning, creative presentation, business challenges and wholesale direction, adapting each conversation to your priorities.

Session 1 — Understanding your brand: where you are now, your strengths, challenges and ambitions.

Session 2 — Finding direction: focused guidance on the areas that matter most, from visual identity and collection presentation to pricing and retailer strategy.

Session 3 — Moving forward: review progress, work through decisions and identify practical next steps.

Includes: three 60-minute video sessions, typically over approximately six weeks, and review of relevant materials between sessions. Unlimited messaging and a detailed written report are not included.
